The Horizon Retail Flagship is the brand's most ambitious physical retail expression — a 1,400 m² store in one of Bangalore's premier shopping destinations, designed to redefine what the brand means in the physical world. The brief called for a space that would generate social media virality, function as a community hub, and outperform the brand's existing stores on every commercial metric.
Discuss a Similar ProjectThe challenge was simultaneously creative and commercial. The space had to be genuinely extraordinary to justify a visit in an era of online retail — yet it also had to move significant volumes of product efficiently. The client wanted every square metre to 'earn its keep' commercially while the space as a whole communicated brand values that transcended commerce. Balancing spectacle with function, across 1,400 m², required precise spatial choreography.
The design is organised around a central 'canyon' — a double-height void that runs the length of the store, with product-lined walls rising six metres on either side. Key hero products are displayed as if in a gallery, with dedicated lighting and generous circulation. At the canyon's centre, a circular amphitheatre hosts daily brand events, workshops, and launches. The ceiling of the entire store is a custom-fabricated steel and mesh grid, evoking an urban skyline.
